FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of treatment of mammals with autoimmune arthritis. Method involves every day oral administration of the preparation "VOBENZIM" in combination with oral administration of the preparation "DONA" and administration of the preparation "SODIUM HYDROXYBUTYRATE" by intra-articular route. "DONA" preparation is administrated in the dose 21.4 mg/kg of body mass per a day. Before administration this dose is dissolved in 300 ml of water and administration is carried out twice per a day for 4 weeks. "VOBENZIM" preparation is administrated in the dose 42.85 mg/kg of body mass per a day, twice per a day for 4 weeks. "SODIUM HYDROXYBUTYRATE" as 20% solution is administrated in the dose 5.7 mg/kg per a day by mixing with 2 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution and this solution is administrated once per a day for 4 weeks.
