FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: preparation has dimethylsulfoxide, local action anesthetic agent and anti-inflammatory preparation. Pyrabutol is used as a local action anesthetic and anti-inflammatory agent. Sodium oxibutirate having antihypoxic activity is applied in combination with pyrabutol to stimulate reparative regeneration of injured articulation tissues. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating acute manifestations of traumatic arthritis; enhanced stability of injured tissues to regional tissular hypoxia; prevented degenerative dystrophic transformations of articulation tissues.
