FIELD: rocket fuels. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at developing ballistite rocket solid fuels with controlled burning rate within wide range, with reduced U(P,T) dependence, and stable work of charges inside reactive engines. Aim is achieved by including into fuel: nitrocellulose, plasticizer, chemical stability stabilizer, process additives, and modifier of ballistic properties consisting of burning stability, burning rate regulator (carbon black), and burning catalyst on the basis of compounds of lead and copper with salicylic or phthalic acid, or mixture thereof with nickel complex compounds based on salicylic, phthalic, or fatty acid. EFFECT: improved ballistic characteristics. 7 cl, 3 tbl
