FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has two turbines with blades mounted in common closed space and forming working chambers. Engine has output shaft, fixed axle and blade rotation synchronizer including gear coupled with output shaft, gear secured on fixed axle and gear in meshing with above indicated gears whose eccentric axles are connected with turbines.
