FIELD: fire-prevention facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique of extinguishing forest fires. The mobile method to fire fighting from stationary sources of water and air comprises non-stop delivery to a moving means of water and air through the sleeves. The sleeves are made in the form of pipes which are produced from tapes on a mobile means by interconnection of the opposite sides. One ends of the pipes made of tapes are connected respectively to a stationary source and a stationary compression, and the others are on the mobile fire fighting means. And also they can be fed on it through the forming pipe from the stationary site in the form of a pipe made from a tape tat the stationary site followed by separation and formation of the external water pipe on a mobile means. The said method is implemented with the device of converting the tape and pipe (sleeve). The device comprises thickened edges of the tape. The edges of the tape are connected in the links with the transforming lock with mutual intersection or their intersection with additional equally important element, and retention of this intersection in the inner cavity of the connecting link.

EFFECT: continuous suppression of fire with the water coming from outside is provided while simultaneous cooling its mobile means with the performance of the crew and independent engines from external fresh air supply.
