FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural elements of apparatuses for grinding or transportation of minerals or another abrasive material and, namely, to linings. Lining is made in the form of slab from strong plastic with inclusions of wear- resistant cast iron modified by superfine ceramics composed of, wt %: C 3.20-3.30, Si 0.70-1.10, Mn 0.55-0.75, Cr 0.25-0.35, Cu 0.15-0.25, Mg 0.003-0.005, Al 0.35-0.55, Ti 0.01-0.03, Ce 0.02-0.04, S 0.043-0.053, P 0.14-0.16, and Fe - the balance. Inclusions occupy 30 to 75% of working surface of slab. EFFECT: prolonged lifetime of apparatuses exposed to abrasive effect with marked reduction of expenses on manufacturing lining. 5 cl, 2 dwg
