FIELD: wrapping of articles. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wrapping materials designed for protection of different articles. Articles to be protected are wrapped in such shrinkable material which has stretchable outer layer of film and cloth inner layer. Shrinkable film reacts to heating by shrinking around article, while cloth layer does not shrink or shrinks insignificantly, thus forming pockets which congregate in process of shrinking and form lining between film and wrapped article. Cloth layer acts as stiffener for film, both before shrinking and after shrinking of film, thus protecting wrapped article from damage and other dangers and preventing direct adhesion of article with shrinkable and stretchable film which is relatively abrasive.
