FIELD: wrapping film for meat or poultry food product. SUBSTANCE: collagen film has perforations for exit of captured air or liquid from food product. Perforations are arranged in such pattern, spaced one from another in each of two mutually perpendicular directions, sized and configured so as to impart sufficient strength to film. Wrapping film allows food product enclosed in net to be packaged, treated and cooked without film rupture.
