FIELD: wood-working industry, more particularly manufacture of difficultly combustible laminated materials. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises wood filler in the form of wood fiber, shawings or final divided waste particles of annuals, carbamidoformaldehyde or phenolformaldehyde synthetic resin, ammonium polyphosphates, artificial fir production waste and ammonium chloride, ratios of components being as follows, wt % by dry matter; ammonium polyphosphates, 0.5.3.5; carbamidoformaldehyde of phenol- formaldehyde resin, 7.0-17.0; ammonium chloride, 0.5-3.5; artificial fir production waste, 32.0-39.0; and wood filler, the balance. EFFECT: greater strength of laminated materials and higher water resistance thereof, fireproof properties remaining unchanged and also wider range of raw materials used due to using cost of laminations due to reduced consumption of chemicals. 2 cl, 2 tbl
