FIELD: building industry, building materials. SUBSTANCE: press-composition for making heat-insulating material has filling agent as wood fiber, wood chips and annual plant milled particles waste, ammonium polyphosphates, paraffin and synthetic resin as binding agent. Composition has phenol- or urea-formaldehyde resin as synthetic resin. Composition has components at the following quantitative ratio, wt.%: synthetic resin, 23-31; ammonium polyphosphates, 24-37; paraffin, 2-3.5; and filling agent, the balance. EFFECT: enhanced heat-insulating property, decreased density and increased porosity of material. 3 cl, 2 tbl
