METHOD OF LAYING OF POLYETHYLENE DRAINAGE AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: amelioration of lands; applicable in irrigation and soil drainage with use of plastic drains. SUBSTANCE: method includes laying of guide member together with drain tube between drain wells. Guide member is in form of flexible connection, for instance, of rope tensioned to ensure its stable position between wells. Guide member is mechanically connected with drain tube and trench is filled with soil. Device for laying of drainage has trenching machine with post installed on its body behind cutter. Installed on lower end of post located in drain trench at depth of tube laying is snatch block, and installed on upper end is drum with flexible connection, for instance, with rope whose free end is fastened in drain well. Drum has slightly braking device for prestressing of flexible connection. Flexible connection and drain tube are interconnected by flexible band with some space between points of connection. Polyethylene drain tube possessing low own rigidity and strength is rigidly fixed by guide member tensioned between drain wells and having high strength.
