FIELD: automatic control facilities employed in heat supply systems. SUBSTANCE: flow governor employed in system has body divided by partition into chambers of inlet and outlet of heat transfer agent and valve interacting with hole in partition. Drive of valve has bellows filled with substance displaying increased coefficient of thermal expansion. In addition there is mounted another valve with drive similar to that of first valve interacting with additional hole in partition. Outlet chamber is divided by additional partition placed between holes in first partition. Second space of outlet chamber so formed is hydraulically connected to its first space through reverser. EFFECT: prevention of possibility of system freezing and provision for pronounced saving of expenses for heating of rooms. 3 cl, 1 dwg
