FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing polyacrylate suspension in liquid for swelling. The fluid contains methyl metacrylate and acryl oligomers. The produced molding mass is subjected to microwave polymerization. Mixture of ethoxylated dimethyl acrylate diphenylol propane, hexane diole 1,6- dimetacrylate, N-ethyl-N-phenyl-amino-2-hydroxypropyl metacrylate are used as acryl oligomers. The mixture additionally contains polymethylsiloxan liquid. The molding mass swells in ultrahigh frequency field during 7-12 min using 10-20% of ultrahigh frequency field power. Microwave polymerization of the base material in single cycle follows, with 100% ultrahigh frequency field power being consumed, during 3 min.
