FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves molding and making thermal polymerization of acryl plastic composed of acrylate material powder and acrylate monomers taken in 2.5:1 proportion. Polymerization is carried out under electromagnetic radiation acting in long wavelength bandwidth. Electromagnetic radiation source power is equal to 1 to 10 W. Radiation frequency bandwidth is set with minimum monomer contents in the test specimens of the target product being taken into account.
