FIELD: activation of liquids in vessels. SUBSTANCE: method may be used in medicine, agriculture, biology, veterinary science and other branches of national economy related to medical prophilaxy, use of water and water-base solutions in medical biology and biotechnology. Method comprises steps of acting upon liquid in vessel by electromagnetic field created by means of electric motor having disc secured to shaft of motor and arranged over liquid surface; realizing above mentioned action at constant angular velocity of disc during cycle including stages of filling vessel, keeping constant volume of liquid in vessel and emptying the last; setting time period of each next stage shorter than previous one; setting relations between time periods of cycle stages, between relative values of disc mass and constant liquid volume in vessel and also between constant liquid volume in vessel and time period of cycle for treating it according to invariants of correlated rows of Fibonachi.
