SUBSTANCE: raw mix comprises lime, sand cement fly dust and natural soda-containing concentrate, ratio of components being as follows, wt %: lime, 4-5; cement fly dust, 10-30; natural soda-containing concentrate, 1.5- 2.0; and sand, the balance.
