LINE FOR PRODUCING OIL FROM RAW PLANT MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: line has preliminary and final oil presses with charging units, normalizer, filters, oil collector, and drive. Oil collector is communicated with preliminary press pulp outlets and with final press mound outlet and has pump for feeding produced pulp and mound mixture to filter positioned above prelinimary press charging unit. Doser arranged at outlet end of normalizer is adapted for feeding dosed amounts of normalized pulp into preliminary press charging unit for further mixing with fresh raw plant material and filtered pulp and mound mixture, with following two-staged pressing of produced mixture. Line is mainly designed for small-scale oil producing enterprises with restricted areas.
