SUBSTANCE: installation for oil production by pressing of oil seeds uses a device for simultaneous breakage of oil seed cell structures installed before the press for final squeezing-out of oil, their heat treatment and preliminary squeezing-out of oil; it presents an extruder with disks for multiple milling of oil seeds, or an auger unit having a housing with a cylinder from strips and an auger shaft with a decreasing adding unit in the press for squeezing-out of oil is positioned on the side of the auger shaft end section, and its outlet chute is located near the electric motor with reduction gear.
