FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track machinery designed for laying and replacing railway non-ballasted bed of width up to 3200 mm on bridges and in tunnels when confined space does not allow moving of crane posts with truss. Expandable posts make it possible to carry railway bed block over crane from rear platform body forward to place of laying. For this purpose track-laying crane is furnished with mechanisms providing linear displacement of posts in cross direction relative to longitudinal symmetry plane of track-laying crane. Lower and upper post displacement mechanisms are provided with lower and upper locks, respectively, consisting of retainers and braces coupled with posts, frame and truss. Lower locks connect posts with frame, and upper locks connect posts with truss. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 4 dwg
