FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for construction and repair of rail track, in particular to design of devices for track lifting and displacement. Surfacing and tamping machine comprises frame that rests on carriers. The following components are installed on frame, such as sleeper tamper, mechanism for track lifting and displacement, instrumentation system, including metering trolley to determine track position in plan, unit for control of track surfacing connected to instrumentation system and mechanism of track lifting and displacement. Mechanism for track lifting and displacement comprises balancers connected by means of vertical axes to beam, which is located across machine, and hingedly connected by traction rods to frame of machine, roller grips for rails of track and rollers for interaction with rails as track is displaced, fixed on balancers, hydraulic cylinders for lifting, hydraulic cylinders for track displacement. Cuts that create cavities to locate metering trolley are arranged on balancers. Metering trolley to determine position of track in plan comprises frame. Frame of metering trolley is hingedly connected to frame of machine by means of pneumatic cylinders for lifting and pressing of support rollers to rails of track in process of machine operation and by means of horizontal axis to beam, which is hingedly connected by traction rods with machine frame.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of rail and sleeper grid installation into required position and reduced dimensions of machine.
