DEVICE OF WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mining, particularly, oil and gas procuring industry, devices for connection of casing, tubing and manifold pipes at oil and gas producing and injection wells. SUBSTANCE: device of wellhead equipment has connected members in form of tubing and casing heads gate valve and sealing rings. Tubing head is made for connection with four-way union of casing head on seating cone. Device has additional flexible rings and quick-break joints in form of connecting threaded ring with supporting shoulders. Additional rings are installed in annular grooves on end faces of device connected member. Supporting shoulders are made on internal surface of connecting threaded ring for engagement with split circular supporting inserts. Inserts are installed in annular grooves on external surface of device connected members. Flexible sealing ring, bushing with side holes, second flexible sealing ring and pressure ring are installed successively in annular gap between cylindrical surfaces of four-way union of casing and tubing heads and on shoulder of tubing head. Pressure ring is engageable with captive nut. The latter forms threaded pair together with four-way union. EFFECT: provided reliability and quality of sealing of connected members. 1 dwg
