FIELD: sealing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gland comprises T-branch pipe, pressing lid, ring recesses that are made in the T-branch pipe and receive inserts, and sealing units. The recess in the T-branch pipe receives plate springs with split sealing collars interposed between them for reserve sealing unit connected with the T-branch pipe by means of spherical bolts passing through the openings made in the collar of the T-branch pipe and threaded bushings provided with outer ring grooves that cooperate with the pressing ring via the grooves. The ring is provided with plate springs having split sealing collars between them for the operation sealing unit connected with the T-branch pipe through the spherical bolts and spherical nuts that interact with the top pressing ring through the openings. The flexibilities of the plate springs of the sealing units are different, and the sealing rings are mounted in the spaces between the plate springs.
