FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fruit dessert for autonomous existence conditions. Dessert is prepared by preliminarily preparing and apple and blackberry purees, bee honey, salt, roasted disintegrated cashew nut kerns, eleutherococcus extract, lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Mortierella alpina, cooked farina, and water followed by homogenization, sublimation drying, grinding, and packaging of resulting mixture under aseptic conditions in sealed. EFFECT: improved balance of main nutrient components for better use under autonomous existence conditions and enlarged assortment of fruit desserts.
