FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of dessert production. Dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, cashew nut ground roasted kernels, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Mortierella polyce- -phala biomass, boiled semolinia and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying, grinding and package of prepared mixture in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material of type "Mailar". EFFECT: improved method of preparing, broadened assortment of fruit-berry desserts, enhanced balance composition of ready product by main nutrient substances, use under autonomous existence conditions.
