FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying prolonged aseptic mode. Tampons are applied during 5-6 days using dry gauze turundas. After the tampons being removed, treatment with antiseptic solution is applied. The radical cavity and acoustic meatus are loosely closed with turunda tampon every day during the first 3-6 days and the walls are wiped with gauze turunda during the next 10-15 days daily. The acoustic meatus is closed for one day with gauze turunda tampon wetted with antiseptic preparation. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
