SUBSTANCE: the device is made as a nose clip consisting of two end clamp components interconnected by a flexible member, the external surfaces of the end components have capillary ducts containing the medicinal agent. The clamp members are provided with tabs opening the capillary ducts at inhalation and closing them at exhalation. The method provides for the use of the mentioned clip with biologically active agents taken in microdoses (1-3)×10^-5-(1-4)×10^-5 g and selected from the series: oligopeptides or cardiotropic preparations, or anticoagulants.
