FIELD: industrial cleaning of metallic and nonmetallic surface from various kinds of contaminations including chose caused by oil products and other liquid hydrocarbons. SUBSTANCE: said detergent agent comprises, wt %: water-soluble alkali-metal salt, 50-94; non-ionic surfactant, 3-20; polyacrylic acid sodium salt modified by ester groups, 1- 8; corrosion inhibitor 0.5-15; disperser, 1-5; foam suppressor, 0.1-1 and water, the balance. Dispersed is polyethylene glycol with molecular weight from 400 to 15,000, and foam suppressor is polydimethylsiloxane of general formula: (CH)3Si[OSi(CH3)2]nOSi(CH3)3 wherein n is 3-700, or tributylphosphate. EFFECT: greater detergent power, wider temperature range for using detergent and controlling dispersing, emulsifying and demulsifying properties of detergent solution. 8 ex
