FIELD: security equipment, in particular, locking devices, and namely, code electromagnetic locks controlled by means of electronic equipment, applicable for closing of the doors of living and service rooms, cars, cabinets and safes, as well as of other objects. SUBSTANCE: the lock has a spring-loaded cross-bar with a cavity and chamfer on the locking end installed in the body for longitudinal motion, return spring, whose one end rests on a bulge on the spring, whose one end rests on a bulge on the inner surface of the body, and a means for fixation of the cross-bar made in the form of a ball arrester, whose balls are positioned in the holes of the electromagnet body cantilever with a support on the spring-loaded core of the electromagnet. The core is step-shaped in length with cylindrical and taper sections. An additional chamber is made on the locking end of the cross-bar symmetrically to the chamfer. A square-shaped rotary safety catch is installed on an axle that is parallel to the chamfer planes for arrestment in two positions: along and across the cross-bar. The safety catch length does not exceed the cross-bar width in plant, the safety catch width does not exceed a half of the cross-bar width in plan. In the initial position of the cross- bar the ball arrester is located in the cross-bar cavity for engagement of the balls with the cross-bar end that is opposite the locking end in the closed position of the cross-bar. The return spring is positioned between the body and the cross-bar, the other end of the return spring rests on an annular shoulder made on the end of the cross-bar that is opposite the locking end.
