FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: pipe with inner plastic envelope includes pinching inserts located concentrically inside ends of pipe; outer end faces of these inserts coincide with outer end faces pipe; pipe is also provided with protective bushes whose outer ends are located deeper in pipe by amount of on less than thickness of pipe wall. Surfaces of pinching inserts are provided with diffusive coat made from protective material at standard electrode potential not exceeding that of material of protective bushes which are located inside pinching inserts; their end are insulated from inner surface of pinching inserts by means of dielectric material.
