SUBSTANCE: process consists in arrangement of wireless communication registers with limited effective range in various locations to form network with central processor and in transmission of information from registers to mentioned central processor and further on into communication network from terminal that is in effective range of register and/or back. Position of terminal is determined by way of exchange of signals between terminal and register.
