SUBSTANCE: method is realised using a system for addressing network connections of a communication network and transaction systems. The addressing system includes a database with network identifiers, each assigned to a network address. Each transaction system is a network resource which is assigned a network address and has a database of transaction accounts, each of which is assigned a network identifier of a transaction account. The transaction system is divided into at least two segments with at least one corresponding segment transaction account which is assigned at least one segment account identifier which, in the database of the addressing system, corresponds to at least one address of the corresponding segment. A payment instruction containing at least one network identifier of the transaction account is generated. Said instruction is transmitted to the addressing system to establish a network connection using the network address of the corresponding segment and conduct a payment transaction.
