FIELD: rectification towers. SUBSTANCE: rectification tower has perforated fractionating trays and drain sleeves allowing the liquid to flow from one tray located directly under it. Drain sleeves have radial discharge channels which direct liquid flowing down to tower wall but not to surface of tray located directly under drain sleeve. This makes it possible to have, at least, one perforated part of zone under drain sleeve to increase efficiency of tray for ensuring vapor/liquid contact and to ensure exclusion of liquid soaking through perforations without increase of vapor pressure.
