FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has inclined separating plate installed at least partially below pipeline; separating plate is inclined to horizontal line through maximum 75 deg. so that liquid passing from pipeline spreads in the form of relatively thin layer. Such system provides for uniform distribution of liquid passing from such pipelines as ducts, pipes, or multiple-tier distributors by means of liquid distribution devices arranged mainly below pipeline which enables using reduced gaps between liquid distribution points in column.
