It has turning arrangement for transportation chain arranged close to folder and cutoff apparatus at definite distance from folder and cutoff apparatus. Turning arrangement is installed for horizontal travel from first to second position. Guide in zone of turning arrangement remote from folder and cutoff apparatus is installed for parallel displacement in first and second position of turning arrangement.
