FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, hazelnuts, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid- containing extract of microorganism Mortierella elongata biomass, semolina and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying and grinding. Prepared mixtures is packaged in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material "Mailar". EFFECT: new dessert product indicated above, improved method of production, enhanced balance composition of main nutrient substances, use under autonomous existence conditions.
