FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fruit-berry dessert. Dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, cashew nut ground and roasted kernels, Eleutherococcus sentico- sus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Saprolegnia parasitica biomass, boiled rice groats and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying, grinding and package of prepared mixture in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material of type "Mailar". EFFECT: improved method of preparing, broadened assortment of fruit-berry desserts, enhanced balance composition of ready product by main nutrient substances, use under autonomous existence conditions.
