FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foodstuffs set and agents used for their preparing for intake. Nutrition diet set for airplane and helicopter crew of air-force has the following foodstuffs placed into the grouped package for food intake: 50 packets of army small loaf, by 50 g; 1 can of stuffing meat preserved, by 100 g; 1 can of fish preserves, by 100 g; 3 cans of meat-vegetable preserves, by 250 g; 1 packet of snacking vegetable preserves, 60 g; 1 tube of whole condensed milk with sugar, by 90 g; 1 packet of sublimating dried cow butter or sublimating dried cream paste with 75% of fatness, 20 g; 1 packet of sublimating dried melted cheese, by 30 g; 1 packet of sublimating dried curd or sublimating dried sour cream or sublimating dried cream paste with 60% of fatness, by 60 g; 1 can of fruit or berry juice, by 330 or 350 g; 1 packet of fruit jam, 45 g; 2 packets of high-melting chocolate dragee, by 15 g; 1 packet of natural soluble coffee, by 2.5 g; 3 packets of soluble tea with sugar, by 16 g; 1 packet of food sodium chloride, by 10 g; polyvitamins, 1 dragee; 2 packets of agents for water sterilizing; water-and- wind resistant matches, 1 package; hygiene napkin, 3 samples and paper napkin, 3 samples. Invention provides to develop the nutrition diet set under conditions excluding possibility of centralized food preparing. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of set, simplified method of food preparing.
