FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: the patient's cardiorhythmogram is recorded. Construction of the seathegram, histogram of distribution of R-R intervals and the diagram of distribution of wave powers is accomplished. The degree of vegetative unbalance is judged by relation of the values of wave powers, by the value of the differential rhythm and traingular index. The extreme degree vegetative unbalance is judged by a complex of indicators reflecting the considerable reduction of the wave powers of all spectral components, reduction of the value of the triangular index and increase of the rhythm differential index. EFFECT: the method provides for determination of the degree of vegetative disturbances of patients with intracranial hematomas and prognosis of the outcome of the disease.
