FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to physiology and cardiology. Estimation of vegetative tone in patients of youthful age is performed. For this purpose hemodynamical parametres of organism are measured, which include recording of cardiorhythm fluctuations when patient is in lying position at rest, with registration of wave frequencies in LF and HF range. Additionally wave frequency in VLF and ULF ranges is registered, with their further spectral analysis with determining power of heart rhythm variability (HRV) of all frequency ranges. Actual midpoint of HRV spectrum frequency (Fm) is calculated. If Fm values are larger than 0.15 Hz vegetative tone is estimated ad vagotonia, if Fm values are less than 0.1 Hz - as sympathicotonia; if Fm values are from 0.1 to 0.15 Hz vegetative tone is estimated as eutonia.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy and quickness of vegetative tone estimation in persons of youthful age.
