FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: ammonia-amino acid cupric complexes are used for disinfecting of water in amounts from 1 to 3.5 mole per 1 l of water. Reagent lowers E. coli index and essentially does not affect nonpathogenic microflora. Method can be used for antibacterial treatment on municipal sewage treatment plants.
