FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection, in particular to integrated processing of ash-slag wastes, oil-containing wastes and sewage sludge from municipal treatment facilities by creating a secondary resource in form of artificial soil using peat and reagents. Described is a method for preparing technogenic soil (TGS) containing at least two steps. At the first stage, an organo-humate complex (OHC) is prepared by combined processing of peat and sewage sludge (SS). At second step OHC is added to TGS base. SS is treated with a reagent for disinfection and added to the peat in an amount of not more than 50 wt%. TGS base is prepared using ash-slag wastes, OHC is added to the base in an amount of not more than 30 wt%. Determination of content of harmful impurities in the composition of the solid-phase wastes and in composition of ash-slag wastes is performed to correct content of components in the composition of TGS on the condition that the allowable content of each hazardous admixture in the TGS does not exceed 0.8 MPC.
EFFECT: invention improves ecology in the region for collecting ash-slag wastes and sewage sludge, their utilization by means of creation of useful secondary resource in the form of man-made soil, which can be used for backfilling of solid domestic wastes, as well as in road construction for filling embankment slopes with soil stabilization effect and possibility of growing perennial grasses.
