FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, devices for prevention of oil flows in oil recovery without well killing. SUBSTANCE: cutoff valve has body accommodating seal and seat, pusher engageable with ball. Made in valve is slider with guide in which pusher is installed. Pusher upper part has stop. Slider has pawl hinged to slider. Slider has groove engageable with pawl end. Pawl other end is engageable with groove made in valve body. Cutoff valve is of simple design and ensures stability of killing conditions due to presence of slider with pawl in valve and their engagement with pusher stop, from one side, and with ball, from other side, and due to fastening of pawl to hinge whose position is governed by engagement of pawl with grooves in body and on slider. EFFECT: reliable cutoff of well from oil flow for period of pump idling. 2 dwg
