SAMPLER FOR RESEARCH OF GAS-CONDENSATE WELLS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable, particularly, in research of wells for taking samples of formation fluids. SUBSTANCE: sampler includes hollow working chamber in form of cylinder with valves on its both sides. Connected to one valve is branch pipe. Working chamber has thermal jacket, pressure gage and thermometer. Working chamber is connected with receiving chamber by means of branch pipe wit check valve. Volumes of both chambers are equal. Receiving chamber is provided on both sides with cutoff valves and connected with gascondensate line by means of two branch pipes provided with valves. Gascondensate line has cutoff valve after the first valve in gas flow direction. This cutoff valve as well as two cutoff valves of receiving chamber are connected with hydraulic control panel. Both chambers are connected via valve with press. The latter is provided with pressure gage and vessel for working fluid. EFFECT: increased quality and information content of samples. 1 dwg
