FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention can, in particular, be used for removal of high-mineralization formation waters and their mixtures with gas condensate from low-output and gas-condensate wells. Formulation contains, wt.%: powdered claydite-silicate precast concrete mix, 39- 49; alkylphenol-based surfactant, 50-60; ammonium tartrate (plasticizer), 0.5- 0.95; and sodium carbonate (lightening agent), 0.05-0.5. Bars are manufactured as follows. Mixer is successively loaded with preliminarily ground alkylphenol- based surfactant and heated to temperature higher than melting temperature of this substance always maintaining stirring, after which powdered concrete mix is added and the total is stirred until homogeneous paste is obtained, to which plasticizer and lightening agent are added. resulting paste is heated to temperature causing liberation of gas and then poured into mold wherein it hardens on cooling.
