Abstract RU 2172857 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas-turbine engine automatic control system has two control channels: rotor speed control channel and gas temperature limiting control channel and also minimum algebraic selector and actuator. As distinct from widely known systems, proposed system is provided with rotor speed channel correcting element, two adding elements, difference correcting element, first key, memory device, comparator, differentiator, third comparison element, second key, gas temperature limiting open channel reference model, fourth comparison element, self-adjusting device. Series-connected correcting element of rotor speed channel, first adding element and second adding element are connected to output of minimum algebraic selector. Output of second adding element in connected to input of actuator. Difference correcting element is connected also to output of minimum algebraic selector. Output of difference correcting element is connected with first input of first key and first input of memory device. Outputs of first key and memory device are connected, respectively, to second and third inputs of first adding element. Inputs of comparator are connected to outputs of first and second comparison elements, and output is connected with second input of first key and with input of differentiator whose output is connected with second input of memory device. Output of gas temperature setter is connected with first input of third comparison element, second key and gas temperature limiting open channel reference model being connected in series with third comparison element. Output of gas temperature limiting open channel reference model is connected with second input of third comparison element. Second input of second key is connected with output of comparator. Inputs of fourth comparison element are connected with outputs of second and third comparison elements, and output is connected with input of self-adjusting device whose output is connected with second input of second adding element. EFFECT: improved dynamic accuracy of control at selecting by eliminating short overtemperatures, abrupt changes of temperature and zone of combined operation of channels. 2 dwg
