FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: planetary converter includes housing 1, carrier 2 and shaft 3 of satellite mounted at carrier at eccentricity relative to longitudinal axis, satellite 4 rigidly connected with its shaft, epicycle 5 and output member 6 of planetary converter rigidly connected with satellite 4 and mounted at the same eccentricity relative to longitudinal axis of shaft 3 of satellite as eccentricity of this shaft relative to axis of carrier. Carrier 2 is provided with gear wheel 7, converter housing 1 is provided with intermediate gear wheel 8 and epicycle 5 is provided with additional gear rim 9; epicycle 5 and its gear rim 9 are mounted coaxially relative to carrier 2 for their joint rotation about carrier 2 and housing 1; intermediate gear wheel 8 is thrown into engagement with gear wheel of carrier and with additional gear rim 9 of epicycle; epicycle 5 forms gear pair with satellite; parametric sizes of gear wheels and epicycle with its additional gear rim are made in the following relationship: rcar= rad.ep(rsat-h)/rep, where rcar, rad.ep, rsat and rep are radii of pitch circle of gears wheels, respectively: carrier, additional gear rim of epicycle, satellite and epicycle proper; h is eccentricity of axis of satellite shaft relative to axis of carrier and output member of planetary converter relative to axis of satellite shaft.
