FIELD: valving, particularly mixer devices for mixing hot and cold water in different proportions. SUBSTANCE: mixer contains hollow housing with inlet pipes for a cold and hot water. The housing is provided with the connecting member for valve head which are placed axially to each inlet pipe. Mixing chamber is interposed in the housing between the inlets branch pipes. The chamber is connected with inlet openings through hydraulic control valve for connection with a shower or brush and discharging. The hydraulic control valve contains closure members (30) with a sealing and pressure member movably connected with shank 30. The pressure member is made of balancer with horizontal axis and located in the hollow provided at the bottom of the balancer. The housing provided with two through vertically arranged passages symmetry with the respect to the balancer axis. Each passage has a seat. Closure member 30 with the sealing is mounted for longitudinal movement in each passage and movable connected to the balancer through its shank. The shank is placed in the box-shape guide of the balancer. The passages are in coincidence with outlet openings.
