FIELD: military equipment, applicable in manufacture of rocket launchers, mainly disposable ones, whose containers are provided with plastic barrels and mechanical sights. SUBSTANCE: the rocket launcher has a container with a plastic barrel, whose ends are provided with metal extension pieces. The mechanical sight in the form of a fore sight and a sight frame with diopter holes is positioned on binding screw clamps fastened on the plastic barrel. The rigid bases of the fore sight and sight frame are made with surfaces of their engagement with the plastic barrel at least 1/6 of the circumference length of the latter. Matching of the rocket launcher mechanical sight with the axis of the plastic barrel of its container is started from the fact that first the shape of the bore of the plastic barrel is corrected by tight connection of the metal extension pieces or flanges to its ends. Then the binding screw clamps are installed with arrangement of the sight frame perpendicularly to the surface of the fore sight base. The clamps are bound by a force, whose vector parallel transferred to the barrel axis is positioned in the sectors of engagement of the fore sight bases and sight frame with the plastic barrel. After that the container with the muzzle side is fitted on a mandrel with a bore-sighting gauge oriented to the aligning target, and in the appliance the barrel is pressed to the mandrel in the plane of firing, and then the sight line is matched with the barrel axis. The appliance has an aligning target, device for attachment of the container, and a mandrel with the bore-sighting gauge. The device has a rigid base with a post, attached to which is the mandrel with the bore-sighting gauge.
