FIELD: testing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for testing or checking sights and can be used to determine the consistency of the axis of the sights of a 5.45-mm Kalashnikov assault rifle with the axis of the bore. The kit contains a laser cartridge for cold sighting, including a cylindrical body made in the form of a cartridge case body with dimensions corresponding to the dimensions of the cartridge case of a standard assault rifle cartridge, with a cylindrical laser module placed in a cylindrical body, containing a lens and a laser diode, a laser diode driver electrically connected to battery by means of a spring, a back cover with a power switching device containing a sleeve rigidly fixed in the center of the back cover and made of insulating material, inside of which there is a plunger protruding beyond the surface of the back cover by an amount not exceeding the length of the spring compression stroke, contacting the element supply, radial threaded holes made in a cylindrical body in the area of the laser module and located along two circumferences of the body along the edges of the laser module, in the amount of six, three holes per circle, with angles between the axes of the holes of 120 degrees ov, adjusting screws screwed into the threaded holes; a battery consisting of a set of batteries; a device for limiting the deviation of the laser beam, while the cylindrical body is made with an internal threaded connection on the muzzle of the sleeve.
EFFECT: improving accuracy when checking the consistency of the axis of the sighting devices of 5.45-mm Kalashnikov assault rifles with the axis of the bore, ensuring the control of sighting devices, taking into account the peculiarities of the manufacture of the bore and its curvature during long-term operation, the possibility of adjusting the direction of the laser beam, reducing the size and weight of the kit, the possibility of using the kit individually and complete with each machine.
