FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopaedic stomatology; applicable in removable dental prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: method is based on use of copolymer of vinylchloride with butyl acrylate and dibutyl phthalate. Components are mixed to obtain uniform mass, packed, pressed, heated in dry medium to temperature of 140-180 C for 45-105 min and cooled. Prior to mixing, added to ready mixture additionally are ammonium dicarbonate and sodium hydrocarbonate. After application of pressure, mixture is uniformly heated for 60-65 min to temperature of 100-105 C, held at this temperature for 30-35 min, then heating is prolonged for 30-40 min to temperature of 125-140 C. Mixture contains the following ratio of components, wt.%: copolymer, 42.35-52.37; dibutyl phthalate, 36-48-46.7; ammonium dicarbonate, 5.33-7.94; sodium hydrocarbonate, 3.56-5.96. EFFECT: reduced terms of adaptation of patients due to optimal distribution of prosthesis pressure on tissues of prosthesis bed in rest state, shock-absorbing and massage effect during function of reduced degree of atrophic processes, higher fixation and stabilization in complicated clinical conditions of prosthetic bed. 2 dwg, 3 tbl, 2 ex
